Well organized course material and study aids. Our instructor was friendly and patient as were the administration team. Great group of encouraging people in our class - there is a lot to learn! Left feeling inspired for the next steps in my canine body work journey and the courses Id like to take.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending CN3000 through ****** and I can confidently say the in-class portion of this Canine Bodywork program was nothing short of amazing. The hands-on experience, paired with the incredibly knowledgeable and supportive instruction from Dr. ****** ******* and her amazing TAs, made every moment valuable and impactful. Each day challenged us in the best waysworking on a variety of dogs, feeling real muscle movement, and applying what we learned in real time. It took everything from the textbook and brought it to life. I left the class feeling empowered, inspired, and so much more confident in my skills.Huge thank you to Dr. ******* and her team for creating such a welcoming and encouraging space. Another huge thank you to ******* and ***** for putting together and hosting this event it was so well organized. If youre passionate about canine bodywork, CN3000 will absolutely change the game for you.Highly recommend!

Sorry isn't really good enough. A vet friend forwarded a video to me in February 2024 promoting a week long dissection course which was to take place in Guelph Ontario in November 2024. I was excited to participate as I could drive daily. I followed the links to put "save my seat" on February 26/24, only to learn later that : - 1) the course was in Seeley's Bay Ontario and 2) their policy is no refunds on deposits. When they forwarded further information (I have never dealt with CIECBW previously), I discovered the mistake. The only mention of the Location on the invoice description was "ONTARIO". After forwarding the video which promoted my purchase, with a time stamp marking the stated location by the host, they apologized for the error but refused to refund my "save my seat" of $300 stating it is not their policy to refund deposits. My issue is that the error is on their side. There is no integrity in apologizing and keeping someone's money anyway because it's your policy.

The incorrect information was not commissioned by us and we were completely unaware of the video until it was brought to our attention by *******. This was confirmed by our instructor in an email to *******.  Our instructor apologized, as did we, with regards to the confusion.  The customer requested the new location information so she could make arrangements to attend, there was no indication that the change was more than a minor inconvenience to her attending as she would have to travel rather than drive from home.  Our website always included the correct address for the location and there were many stops along the way in which the customer would have been aware of the discrepancy.  It was then several weeks later when it was deemed unacceptable that we hold to our no refunds policy.  This customer has harassed us, threatened us, even contacted our instructor.  She has indicated that she has filed a complaint with the BBB so we will let the process complete and update the result as per this review.  We are being demonized for a video we had no knowledge of, an issue that wasn't an issue until several weeks after the correct information was provided, and we had 12 other people show up to attend the course who had no issues with the information provided during the sign up or attendance process.
