      I went into Metro **** to receive tire change on Apr. **, 2024. When I drove in they recommended a wheel alignment from initial assessment photo attached and insisted on it due to the severity of wheel angle. Since they strongly recommended this and showed me attached photo for the assessment of my wheels, I agreed to have this service. Once completed, I noticed I did not receive a form stating the initial vs current wheel alignment to see the changes they had made. When requested, they printed it off and I noticed that the initial assessment made, and the actual measured initial wheel alignment were not the same as when they were saying it was important to receive this service. The actual before vs after showed that the left front was only adjusted by 0.1 degree and the left rear was not adjusted as it was in spec, which was not what I was initially informed, as seen by the photos attached. I have attempted to contact them through email, and have left a voicemail and was promised to be contacted back regarding this matter, but have not heard back for about a week now. This service costs $****** in addition to my tire change and I was extremely disappointed as I felt deceived regarding what was advertised and what was completed. I believe the customer's questions have not been answered and needs ignored. They had additionally mentioned that one hub center ring was previously broken, where I received it with a quarter of it missing but do not believe it was previously broken to this degree. I would appreciate an answer from the business to clear this matter up.

      This client approved an alignment based on the readings. My Alignment technician reports that the vehicle has been lowered which can affect alignment angles. Due to the lowering of the vehicle, the further improvements could not be made to the left front of the vehicle.

      Metro **** had sent the following message regarding my recent BBB complaint:

      "Hello,

      My question was not in regards to the amount of work completed, but aimed at the fact that the need for an alignment was based off an initial assessment when I first drove into the building, but once they had begun to work on the vehicle, they had stated that the before of the wheels was not as out of spec as when they first informed me that this service is required. I was not informed that this initial inspection might be innacurate, hence it appears to me as a customer that I was told to buy this service because there needs to be substantial adjustment, when only a small amount was needed, as per the files submitted in my original report. Any clarification on this on my question would be appreciated.
