    I had a septic assessment done by Snelgrove Construction in *********************************** on July **-2024 at a property that was for sale. I had asked several times for the quote and have not received it yet and have paid for the septic assessment on July **-2024 (see * attachments) and that is why I am writing to you. Please tell Snelgrove Construction that they need to provide the quote for the septic system today on Aug. *-2024.

    This is in response to the customer service complaint, this customer has called twice a day for a quote and I have talked to her many times to let her know that with the ********* **** and holidays, we have been understaffed. I have asked for her patience on getting a quote also due to us dealing with year end right now. I talked to her on Friday and said that we would hopefully have her quote done by Monday (forgetting it was a holiday). I am waiting on numbers from other contractors which has been the reason for the delay. I just have one number left for her and then we would be getting the quote to her.
