    Saturday, May **, my husband and I stopped at Canadian Tire to purchase a vehicle spray paint. We couldnt find the one we needed so my husband went to ask for assistance. The own saw my husband and approached him and confronted him about his buying habits (my husband had purchase two drills a few days before and returned them as they did not have enough power he was looking for) the owner then scolded us for a previous visit a month ago for an oil change that went horribly wrong and needed my vehicle to be towed to a better equipped business. They were going to make us pay for the tow but we refused and wanted them to be accountable. After calling the police (then calling back to let them know that owner decided to cooperate and did not need mediation) the vehicle was taken care of. We had called into Canadian Tire customer service and put in a complaint and they agreed that we were not in the wrong.The owner purposely cornered my husband and tried to taunt him to start a physical altercation because he was still upset about the oil change fiasco. He then banned us from shopping at his store( there is only one Canadian Tire around so we shop at it frequently)
