    We needed a revamp of an existing island that required the installation of 2 cabinets in an empty space that was unfinished by another cabinet maker. It was agreed to have this work done on the island but when the work was started, the work was not up to standard with exposed nails and cracks in the cabinet work that was done. It was agreed by the company owner to work on getting the island fixed from this state but they needed to take the island back to their workshop in ******** to complete the work. After 3 weeks they brought the island back and claimed the work was done but nothing was done to repair the exposed nails and cracks from their initial work on it as well as scratches that appeared after the island was taken away by their transport service. We called the owner of the company and left a message to ask him to complete the work that was agreed but he has not returned our call. We asked the delivery drivers to take the island back to their workshop. We have not heard anything about it since.

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the issue raised by ***** *********. We take customer concerns very seriously and are working diligently to resolve the situation.
    We would like to clarify that we did respond promptly by phone after receiving numerous calls on the same day. Unfortunately, our receptionist was briefly unavailable for about 30 minutes during that time, which may have caused a delay in initial communication. However, once she was available, we made sure to respond to the customers inquiries without further delay.
    Regarding the issue with the island, we are currently in the process of redoing the entire island to ensure it meets our high standards. We have scheduled the delivery of the completed work for December 20th, 2024, and we are confident that this will fully resolve the matter to the customer's satisfaction.
    We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. If you require any further information, please dont hesitate to reach out.
