Arc-One advertises an 8 week lead time. I bought and paid for a bumper (with multiply accessories and some customization) for over $5000 in April last year. After months and months of trying to get in contact, I very rarely actually get a hold of Michael Christensen and when I do he constantly tells me "**** * *** **** *****" then I get no contact for a few months. I fear he has taken my money and continues to give me the run-around, so I have issued him a 15 day notice before I begin the application process to take him to court in Vancouver or Richmond (7 days remaining for this notice). He has still not replied to my repeated emails or phone calls. A product with an 8 week lead time should not take nearly a year to complete. All parts are sourced locally. I am requesting one of three options: - Install my product - Allow me to come to the business and I will pick-up the product and install it myself - Issue me a full refund If this issue does go all the way to court, I have proof of emails, phone records, and e-transfer for payment.

On February 18th 2022 I ordered a front bumber and lights from arc one industries for $2538.96 CAD. I spoke with Michael C********** (the owner) after the order to arrange shipping. He told me it would be a few months due to delays and such, so I waited. Months went by with no response, so I reached out again and was told it would be a little longer. So I waited another month with no response and contacted him again and was told it was completed and was at the powder coaters and would ship in a couple of weeks, that was June 8th. I texted him the 28th of June asking if it was back from coating with no response. July 6th I texted again asking for an update, which je responded that it was still at the coaters and he would "keep me posted". He didn't respond again till August 15th saying it was still hung up at the coaters. Didn't hear from him again till September 28th when he said he has it back and would "ship in a week or so" also said he needed to "renew his export bond". After that I've sent him several text and made several calls that went un answered. Then on December 5th I left a negative review on his ******** business page for Arc One Industries. He then messaged me from that account on ******** saying he was going to ship it with another company the weekend before Christmas. I have still not received it, nor have I gotten another response.
