      Really Happy and then really upset by recent trips to Big Box. You need to be so careful with their pricing. Recently bought an induction range from big box, received great customer service and a great **********************. The next week we went back to check out cookware sets to replace our non-induction ready set. We found sets that had been de-branded, thinking oh my goodness are we about to score another great deal????? ****!! Each pot/pan/lid had been debranded,. meaning anywhere the brand name was had been carved out. They looked horrible, and even worse, they were Paderno brand available at Canadian tire for the exact same set at $300 LESS and not carved out and scratched to heck. They did their best to make the items unidentifiable but with a bit of detective work and ****** lens we figured it out. Shame on you Big Box. Up pricing items, then marking them "down" by 20% because of the ***** debranding, and STILL being more expensive then the same brand new set from Canadian Tire. Disgusting.

      I ordered a product advertised with free shipping. They contacted me after I paid saying Id need to pay more and they wouldnt ship it for free. Either this was a mistake and they should own it, or its a bait and switch scam, not impressive either way. I would avoid.
