    I was a loyal customer of Paz Fuels for over 20 years, earlier this year i took my 2000 ****** ********** to Paz and purchased a car wash. During the wash my power antenna was destroyed. I showed the attendant the damage and he rudely responded “****** *** **** *** ******** ** *** *** *********** *** ******.” He showed me the sign as there were several other signs and I was on the other side trying to navigate through the railings. I went through the carwash in neutral with the motor running as directed by the signage. After the incident i spoke to a person who identified himself as a Manager. He said he would bring it up at a meeting and he never contacted me. The same thing happened when i spoke to a second manager a few weeks later. I then contacted Mike P**, the Owner, i told him i was a longtime customer and bought fuel from him since the early days when Mike’s Father started the first gas station in Aldergrove. Mike offered me $200 worth of fuel. I refused the offer and told him I wanted my antenna fixed. He then told me he had an employee who could replace the antenna and take care of the problem. We chatted about other things for several minutes and he advised he would contact me when they received the antenna. To date i have not heard from Mike Paz, i have tried to contact him by telephone, written message, message to front end person and by email three or four times. It is obvious they are ignoring me in hopes that i will go away. I would like the antenna replaced by a ****** dealership. I made a total of 8 contacts to try to have this problem solved and dealt with by 5 different people, including the owner, and not one person tried to help me! This Company gives very poor customer service and has lost my business.
