    We contracted this company to do a repair on a railing back in the spring of 2022. We paid the bill in full at that time which was just over $2,500. After 6 months, I was notified by the home owner that the work had not been completed. I then contacted Ridgeway Aluminum and I was informed over the phone that the material was in queue to be painted and that the work would be done within a few weeks. In January of ****, I was again notified by the customer, who was understandable frustrated, that the work still had not been done. Since then I have emailed this company twice, called three times, and have still been unable to connect with anyone or get any confirmation if or when the work will be done. We paid the $2500 bill in good faith that the work would be completed in a timely manner. Its not been nearly a year and nothing is done still. This company has very poor communication and is frustrating to work with. I would suggest that a person think twice before hiring them.
