    After our 19-year-old hot water died we called AirVantage on a Friday, talked to ***** who after a short search said a tech would call @ 16:00 that same day. Right on time after a heads-up call ****** arrived checked out the water heater, took measurements, photos & provided options with prices (not estimates) of work to be done along with the new water tanks details. There was no arm twisting for either option with questions answered freely & honestly. Once an option was selected a work order was generated online with his Tablet.On Saturday (the very next day) ****** called ahead of time & arrived at the appointed time. He removed the old tank & installed the new tank in some 2.5 hours whereupon we once again had hot water less than 24 hours from our initial call. ****** is a true professional who you could tell enjoys his work & the challenges each new job presents . At the various phases of the removal/Install of the hot water tanks you could see him visualizing each step organizing his thoughts confirming in his own mind what was next. Indeed, always confirming measurements before cutting, finalizing ************* runs. All of which resulted in a neat efficient install. ****** is very friendly, certainly knows his stuff, has a strong work ethic and was a pleasure to have in our house especially since he wore boot covers, used coverings to protect **************** and vacuumed around the water tank job site when finished.
