  I really appreciate the amazing service I received. The communication was great. I submitted my contact information the night before and got a call back first thing in the morning and ***** was dispatched the same day. He identified the issue and was able to fix it quickly. I had a poor experience with another company that was not able to fix the issue. I was without AC for a while. Very pleased and will only call this company going forward.

  1 star only because it wont let me leave 0 or minus stars.... ***************** I called them on Jan 12,2024 when I woke up to no heat. I was quoted ****** to diagnose the issues. They tech and helper that was sent out to do the job had no idea what he was doing. He was here for 3.5 hour and spent most of that on the phone and waiting for people to return his calls. He finally diagnosed the issue and said we needed 3 new parts and would get back to me on a quote for the parts. Then charged me ****** not the ****** that was said on the the phone. We only agreed to have them complete the job because its was freezing outside and inside my house, we were concerned our pipes would freeze and break. By January 23,2024 when there was still no idea when they would be able to fix our furnace I called another company out to diagnose the problem to see if they could fix it faster. My family was freezing. The other company "**** **** ***** *******" came out that day and was able to diagnose the issues within an hour and it was not any of the 3 part that Knowledge quoted me for ******* plus installation and where not able to say how long the installation would take. I then showed the tech that was at house Knowledges quote he laughed and said thank god you didn't do it because you would still have no heat, he then procced to show me that those three parts all work and was able to show me the part that didn't work. The part we need is going to cost us ******* including installation. So it not that the fix is cheaper it is actually costing more but at least I am not spending ******* plus how ever long it would have taken to install and then still have to spend another ******* to have heat in my house. I called the owner and asked for this to be resolved and all he would said is that his tech was here for 3.5 hours and deserves to be paid, I said paid for what he not only over charged for the diagnosis he diagnosed the wrong parts. To date the owner will not resolve this with us.

  ***** is very professional and thorough, his work was done with no issues. Being the first maintenance he took time to familiarize with my combi boiler. I feel he went beyond his duty and would recommend him and plan to be a repeat customer.

  My experience with the teams from Knowledge HVAC have been exceptional. They definitely advertise their name well, 'Knowledge'. I will never hesitate to call them again or send them to my friends and neighbours.

  Very good service throughout the whole process (quote to replace or repair the furnace, installation of parts, including some education of the maintenance process to ensure the furnace last). Impressed with the email notification the company sent the day before my scheduled repair reminding me that they were coming the next day, which included the pictures of the two employees that would be arriving at my house. I will be using this company again.

  Excellent and professional service,Good communication **** was always keeping intouch and assisting us throught the entire proccess,Once the job was started they did not leave till late in the evening until it was complete. Even learend a few things about our system in the proccess. Will Definantly recomond KHR to anyone I cone accross who needs someone in this field.

  Very satisfied with the service. Technician confirmed the appointment by phone. Arrived and was very professional, explained the work he is doing and has done. Explained to me what to look out for in the future for signs of things that can go wrong. Thank you for the repair.
