    We purchased optional insurance coverage for our vehicle. On January 24, 2025, we filed a proof of loss form to recover the cost of a replacement key fob in the amount of $420.23. On Feb 5, 2025, we called the policy holder AWRAP to ask why we still had not received a refund. We were told it would take 30 days and after February 24, 2025, we should receive the refund in the account listed. By March 5, 2025, we still had not received any refund and have made numerous calls both to AWRAP and Central Valley Insurance. All with the same response: "We are working on it and it should be in your account in a few days," To date, we still have not received a refund and are now pursuing other options to get our money.

    Hi,

    I am writing on behalf of Central Valley Insurance whom issued the policy to **** ******* and confirm that the replacement company did receive the claim, had a waiting period of ************************************* certain circumstances it can be found, after the 30 day waiting period AWRAP the cover holder had underwriter Collective Insurance issue refund on March 12th to account ending in 7480.  I have confirmed with the replacement company that this deposit was in indeed completed and I also a voicemail for the client to look into their bank account to make sure they didn't already receive this.
