    The first room we went into the room had been used, there was water on the floor of the bathroom and someone had clearly been using the bed leaving hairs. We requested a new room, and the bed had a mildew smell, and the room was unbreathable. So we requested a refund, which ****** the manager had to argue with the front desk to even talk to her, and I started asking other people if they had mold the first person I spoke to had bedbugs. I had just driven 12 hours across **. I wanted a shower and a clean bed. ****** then called the cops on me because I started asking other people if they had found mold. The cops then argued with ******. The officer I spoke with said they get repeated phone calls to this "hotel." ****** refused to issue a refund. She claims no refund is policy there was not a single thing in there posted policies that says no refund. We had not even been there for 25 mins when we had discovered all these issues.

    This inn does not match the pictures online at all. The roof on all buildings is caving in and most likely full of mould, the rooms are FILTHY and full of bugs! The tables were not cleaned, had globs of sticky stuff on them, the bathtub was black with dirt, the walls are extremely dirty, there was drug paraphenalia on the bed under the blankets, A/C unit was covered in dirt and dust on the inside, blowing out when turned on. This place needs an inspector to go in and to be shut down. Me and my family checked in and then went for supper after driving 12 hours, came back to see the room like this. The manager would not refund me my money and denied any of this so I made him come look with me, offered me another room that I did not take. I had to drive into ********* for a room and spent over 800 dollars in total for another hotel and this one. Please send someone to inspect this property, it is unsafe for even the bugs.
