  If I could give 6 stars, I would! From start to finish, this company went above and beyond. My movers were top notch guys. Incredibly polite and professional. VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING TOO! I would recommend Gorilla Moving to anyone looking for move without the stress and hassle youd normally expect. Thank you so much!!

  If youre looking for a moving company you can trust and has integrity, you found it. They worked to find a cost that worked for me by allowing me to share a truck with another long-distance move, and when that other move backed out they honoured the deal they made with me even though I was no longer sharing a truck with someone. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, and you can tell they really care.I really appreciated how respectful they were and how they made a normally stressful situation, stress-free.

  ***** my first contact with ***** (owner) and throughout the whole moving process everything went fairly smoothly. ***** came to assess our house and gave me a quote, that ended up being the final cost. We did get rid of some larger furniture before the moving date, but we ended up having some things in the garage that we had planned to move ourselves. We didn't expect that Gorilla would be able to take it all, but they were able to fit it all in the truck and didn't charge us extra for it. We were fully expected to have a little bit of an increase in the fee, as they were not items originally agreed upon for them to take, and there was more than we had gotten rid of since the quote.The movers were friendly and the one who came the night before to disassemble my hospital bed was so kind and helpful. They were able to disassemble my 500Lb hospital bed within minutes and had no problem moving it the next day. The 5 workers kept really busy all day and didn't take unusual amounts of time for breaks, which we really appreciated, as moving companies charged by the hour. There were also three floors (2 flights of stairs) on one of the houses, so it was a lot of energy just with stairs. We appreciate that all of Gorilla's workers were all really hard workers and we appreciate the friendliness of all of them, including *****, the owner. We are really happy with our experience with Gorilla Moving company and would definitely use them again (if we were ever going to move again lol) and have already been recommending them to family and friends.

  ***** and the rest of the crew were brilliant in helping us to move.....an 11 hour trip....they were efficient, friendly, full of humour and honest......we truly appreciated their work ethic and would highly recommend them to everyone.....??

  Gorilla Moving Company was great to work with. They moved us 8+ hours away and stored our belongings in a secure space while we waited for our home to be ready. They were professional, punctual and easy to work with when they packed up our stuff and when they unloaded. Moving far away can be stressful with lots of moving parts but Gorilla Moving Company made the actual moving process seamless. I would use them again and again if I needed to!

  Service was great, truck loaded in a timely manner. Delivery was earlier than expected and truck unloaded promptly. The driver and swamped were friendly, courteous as well as very professional. Would definitely recommend them to others.

  One of the most outstanding experiences with the moving company Ive ever had! Not only did they take great care of our belongings, but they were so fun and pleasurable to be around all day. Super professional, kind and accommodating they went over and above to make sure our move was seamless and without struggle.On top of this all I accidentally overpaid and the owner called me right away and remediated the issue! Absolutely five star service class act staff I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

  ***** and his team are absolutely excellent! They made our tough move from ********* to **************** seamless. They were respectful, very careful and extremely kind. They set up our furniture, moved large plant pots, and many boxes, all with smiles and respect. I cannot recomment this company enough. ***** visited our home before our move as well. This company goes the extra mile for their clients.
