    Stay a way from this dealership We purchase brand new vehicles they over charge protection services services department do very cheap job for ceramic coading they charg almost $4000 including interior protection they told us 10 years warranty and after picking up the vehicle they give us 5 years warranty all plastic trim around vehicle from top to bottom its damaged they stop responding to our phone calls we attempt too many time even I took pictures and send it to salesperson some damage to interior and exterior very bad customer service vehicle cost almost $80000 before tax and interest they leave us no choice I will report to head office of vw ****** and I will file lawsuits in court against abbotsford automall vw

    If I could put 0 stars I would. This dealership marks up brand new vehicles over msrp and sees nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend staying away from this business as you will pay more through them than most other vw dealerships. These people are shady. Highly recommend finding a different dealership to buy from.
