      21-10-2023 I purchased a set of progressive glasses, from newlook for $1409. The reason I told her that I wanted the best lenes was I was having health issues and did a few hours of work a day on the computer and a full day of work at heights doing a physical job. After being told they compared to the best on the market and they were made by esslor and they had a 2 for 1 sale on at that time. I told them the vision seemed off they told me their measurements were good and some people took 6 months to get used to them. After that time I went back at my earliest convenience to a different optician at new look and he said the measurements were off and they would replace them. **** confirmed they were off and re did the eye exam. For the second set that were being redone I opted for a 1 pair computer lens and one full progressive, the whole reason for glasses in the first place was to read on the computer. The lady who sold them to me said their high end lens was good for that. Unfortunately both sets have a tiny spot that I can read the text without being blurry. The computer glasses I had examined by another optical store said they were not an office/computer lens but a full progressive with less add in the prescription, which would explain why the text is blurry. After trying to get used to a 4 th pair of glasses they still make me feel unwell.

      I paid $747.00 ($472.00 for half & $275.00 for ******* **** ***** *********). There is $472.00 left to pay when I pick up the two pairs of designer glasses. I don't want designer glasses. I want plain eyeglasses. The ****** sales clerk in the store would not let me look at glasses on my own. She picked out the designer glasses. I did not want them. She was **** **********. On my bill she added $150.00 for lens coating. I told the sales clerk I did not want this. I have called the store several times asking for the manager. They don't answer the phone so I left several voice messages. They're not trying to resolve this so I want my $472.00 back & I want my ******* **** ***** for ***** ******* ****** ********* reversed so I can still use it at another eyeglass store.
