    Worse company ever . Exteremely poor communication. When they do something wrong they blame the client instead of taking ownership. I have told everyone I know not to use this company. They used to be good when the father owned it , but not anymore.

    The technician was courteous and polite, provided great service. ***** explained what he was going to do, why and approximately how long it would take. He reiterated their 6 month guarantee and asked me to call if anything came up. Totally happy with the service.

    Fantastic service. Went above and beyond. Friendly and punctual. 100% recommended. Had a flood in the basement and this gentleman went into a crawl space to shut off the valve. Not his job but was more than willing to do it. Great service.

    Fantastic service and results, we use "The Bugman" at both Agassiz ******** and the Community Hall in Harrison Mills, we have NO mice anywhere!!!
