    We purchased a brace on the Pharmacy 24 website and the brace received was not in good condition. The brace was discoloured and obviously used. The packaging was also damaged when it arrived. We contacted Pharmacy24 immediately and they continue to say that it was a "Special Order" even though it is a regularly listed product on their website. They subsequently informed us that if we wanted to have a warranty replacement we would need to contact ********** (the manufacturer of the brace) directly. ********** does not deal with consumers directly and requires any warranty replacement to go through the supplier that the item was purchased through.The vendor has been slow to respond to emails and unwilling to assist with this issue, misleading and dismissive of our problems. We want to return the brace for a full refund.
