    Weve known ******** for over a decade, and shes been our photographer since the beginning. Shes a wonderful person and an absolute joy to work with. Every session has delivered stunning photos that well treasure forever.

    I recently hired this photographer and had a very frustrating experience. Initially, we agreed on a contract for $250 for everything, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, on the day of the wedding, after she had taken the last photo, she informed me that her rate was actually $350 per hour. She strongly emphasized that I should pay her instantly or else she had experienced situations in the past where clients didnt pay and she ended up deleting the photos and not providing them. This was very unsettling and felt unprofessional.She claimed to have taken over 150 photos during the session, but only delivered 100, and a significant portion of those were irrelevant mostly of shoes, hands, and the back of the cake. After paying over $900 for the session, I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of the photos. When I requested a small correction, she responded unprofessionally, insisting that any minor edits would cost an additional $5, leaving me to wonder what the $900 I had already paid was ****** took her almost two months to deliver those 100 photos, and I couldnt help but feel that the better photos were perhaps deleted or ignored just to wrap things up. After emailing the final photos, she blocked me on all platforms. To make matters worse, she posted a mocking story on Instagram, implying that if anyone tried to contact her, theyd never be able to reach her and then promptly blocked me from rest of platforms after I viewed her story.This behavior is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. To be threatened with photo deletion after paying such a large amount, and to be treated so rudely afterward, was incredibly disappointing. I never expected to be treated this way after hiring a photographer. I deeply regret choosing her for this special day and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
