    On July 12, 2023 we hired the Dominion Power Washing residential division: Complete Clean, to clean windows, and power wash the back patio, and to clean out the gutters. A service they have provided us for about 12 years, including our home in Abbotsford, and our new home of 4 years in Langley. However, This time, they also tried to power wash the new pool deck and left extensive marks, swirls and damage to the cement. I did not ask them to clean this area as it was new cement. The damage is extensive and rather than stop when they saw the large black swirls on the white cement, they continued around the entire deck. I contacted Derek ****, the manager, numerous times by text, sending pictures, and even sent him the name of the cement contractor. Evidently he spoke with ****** ********. I also did research on companies that specialize repairing this type of damage (by acid wash), and had absolutely no response to my letter of September 12....I sent Derek the quote from ***** * **** *********** **** which was $5958.75 (estimate quote ***** August 31, 2023)....and again, no response from Mr. ****. I sent an additional letter by email to Dominion power washing, on October 6, 2023 reminding them of their "Guarantee of Satisfaction" and that they are "fully insured to protect against property damage" and that they say "our job is not done until you are completely satisfied, that's our guarantee" I am hoping they will honour this guarantee and pay for the damages done by their team.....I feel I have done my part in giving information, sending pictures of the damage, suggesting they go to their insurance company....all with no response. It is now December, and I feel I have been extremely patient, and have no other option but to bring this situation to your attention, and hope you are able to help me. I would like to see this resolved, and would like to receive compensation for the costs I am facing in the spring when I have this repaired. Thank you.
