    In June of 2016, the Roofing Company, Just Clad, owned by Justin S******* installed a metal roof at my home ** **** ********* ***** ** *******. The ROOFING CONTRACTOR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY is valid from 6-**-16 to 6-**-26.
    Last year a leak began with water dripping down over my kitchen counter. Mr S******* responded by sealing off an intake pipe on the roof over the kitchen area. During a heavy rain period this summer, 2022, July 3, once again water began dripping from the ceiling in the same area, as well as on the ceiling over my stairwell. I called Mr S*******. He told me that he *** ******* ** * ******* *** ** ******** *** would come by my house to fix the problem within a couple of weeks.
    With no response by July 3, I called again. I emailed him. Over the next few weeks and months I called many times and never received any response.
    On Thursday, 2022 December 8th, during a heavy rainfall, a steady heavy drip, drip, drip of water fell from the edge of the top kitchen cabinets onto my kitchen counter. Once again I initiated several phone calls to Mr S*******. I texted Mr S*******. I phoned Mr S*******. I emailed Mr S*******. There’s a heavy yellowish stain on ceiling above the stairwell and a bigger stain above my kitchen cabinets. Ceiling finish has began to develop cracks in the drywall. The water settled into the the lighting panel over the sink and the light has gone out. I have had to tape the light switch to avoid an accidental short. No light in the kitchen. It’s still raining and the water keeps on dripping.
