****************, the General Manager has been in touch with you repeatedly to address all your concerns and has expedited parts and repairs on your behalf. We are uncertain where you have found our follow up and level of service to be poor as we have kept you informed and updated throughout the process. It has been our intention to take care of you as a valued customer each step of the way. Sincerely, Fraserway RV

Thanks for your reply. It would appear that FW head office is not aware of the problems with the service problems I have encounterd from this dealership. I will list a few for your info.Service **** failed to switch a relay switch back to its proper position after servicing which resulted in a ruined battery.Last service on a slide out service tech left wires un protected in the bedroom fully exposed after service and was returned that way.Slide malfunction at the dealership resulted in manual moving in by service and it wasn't fully closed resulting in water leaking in after rain storm. After cleaning up and drying I got some help to put in fully.Motorhome dropped off to dealership all secure understoarge and left after service all unlocked.Service manager informed me that a tape or do not use on would be put on slide so it wouldn't be used while awaiting parts.Never done .I waited three months for service to my unit , partly as I was away for part of that and with road conditions I didn't want to drive the unit. The day I arrived for appointment at 10 am I was informed by a service advisor that due to a staff training exercise that most likely my work would not get completed as scheduled as staff were only working till 2.I also then walked out of the service department being upset and told them it was best to have the service manager come and see me in the parking lot.He never showed and called me about 4 hours later on my cell, claiming to be in a meeting and busy. The training was eventually cancelled but being kept informed and communicated too leaves a lot to be desired. My comments can go in but this is for the information of Fraser Way RV.My last message to your ** went unanswered for 4 days as to the status of parts and would it would be repaired. This was never answered till day 5 after it was escalated by myself. As you can imagine when you purchase what is stated as an excellent MH fully checked over and believe the word used as certified with approx **** miles and a few years old by the sales department. By all means if Fraserway wants more info , I would be happy to share more as I find there tone of the reply very one sided.I have made arrangements with the ** and Service to take the unit in again next Tuesday for repairs to be completed.

We booked a service for our ** at the end of March as we are relocating to the Okanaganan. The earliest appointment available was April 27th, when we were assured that we could have the unit back in 2 days we booked and rescheduled our moving plans to May 2. When we went to drop the ** off, the service rep was rude and abrupt, she said they would look at the unit in ***** days, why would we make an appointment only to have to wait 2weeks?Obviously that didn't work for our plans. We said we had been told we would have the unit back by the 29th, she replied she didn't know who had said that, and that this is how it is. We mentioned again that we had rescheduled our move around the appointment and she replied what can I do about that. I would not recommend Fraserway RV for servicing your **, you are at their mercy and obviously customer service and honest is not high on their priority list.

Ms. ************ ** appointments are rarely same day turn around. When making an appointment it is to drop off your unit so that we can understand the items that need repair or adjustment. The ** is rolled into the shop within a few days of drop off. The 10 - 12 day scenario was shared as a 'worse case' so that expectations were set. If the Service Advisor appeared abrupt it would be due to the behaviours of your husband. The friend that he arrived with actually had to apologize to the team for your husbands behaviour. I am extremely disappointed at Fraser way. I think a full refund is in order. For the lack of communication & the lack of finding the issue with the units brakes. I want this figured out within 14 day. If I get no response after. Im threatening legal action agents Fraser way Rv. For not just the brakes.-My converter is not working $1000-My awning needs to be replaced $1000-Refund on my brakes $2026.34-My time $1500= $5500 - I called in June after taking it camping our first time out. To book it in on the way back. I called saying that the brakes dont feel right they dont feel safe. Your front people on the phone on your service desk should write down on a work order customer called complete about his brakes in my opinion that is a serious issue to have nothing on you system saying that I called the reason why I had concern's about my brakes. That should of been on the work order the day I called.- When I got my brakes checked in September 2021 and left my rv there to get the outside door fixed you had my trailer tell March 2022. On pick up you guy tried to charge me. Everything should of been covered under warranty being under 1 year. Any work that got checked that you said you found no problem like the brakes you gave me a bill for $900. I dont get it. What part of the one year warranty do you you guy not understand. Your labor should be covered too. If not that should of been disclosed to me at time I bought it.-Do to Covid and busy season the earliest I could get it in to get the brakes checked was September 2021. When your mechanic look at the brakes there should be a work order telling me that the front brakes are working at 70% back rear brakes not working at 40% the other brake 60% for example. All I got is they look good. Blame the truck.- It took me booking it in to a independent mechanic to tell me that the brakes are not ok and need to be replaced asap.He took 15 minutes to tell me that.Where is my follows up with a customer. .

The unit was purchased in the Spring of 2021. When you brought your unit to ** in September of 2021, you asked that we check the brakes which we did, including attaching the unit to our own truck to drive and test the brakes. We were unable to find any fault during this test. With 'no fault found', we could not submit anything to warranty as we could find nothing requiring repair. Almost a year later, you returned for further work and at that time advised the brakes were no longer working. As we were able to duplicate your issue, the work to repair the brakes was carried out. As the unit was outside of warranty the cost of this repair was required to be covered by the customer. Brakes are such an integral part of the safety of our customers that we would never allow a customer to take a unit back for further use if there was required maintenance. Ongoing maintenance is required of all owners (just as you would on a car). We were glad to be able to repair the brakes for you however, this work was not covered by the manufacturer and so the payment is required and fair. Sincerely, Fraserway RV

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I purchased a 2019 truck camper from them this summer. I live in Saskatoon and purchased the camper at the Lacombe location. I had not see the camper but the salesman told me it was in Immaculate condition but it was not when I got there. Before I purchased or seen the camper I got them to install power jacks and AC thinking I might have trouble with those Items I asked, if I have any troubles will I have to bring it all the way back to Lacombe to get it fixed because if that was the case I wasn’t going to buy the unit. The salesman told me talked to the sales manager and he was told that they have a place right in Saskatoon I could take it to. Well that wasn’t the case went to use the camper for the 1st time and the fridge wouldn’t work on power just on propane, I looked into it and a wire was unplugged going to the board on the back of the fridge. Then after I got the fridge running it would only run for about a hour and kick out on E3. I would have to reset the fridge every hour to get it to cool didn’t matter if it was on propane or power. They wanted me to bring it all the way back to Lacombe to get looked at after I was told I didn't need to but after complaing they told me to take it into somewhere in saskatoon to get looked at. It costed me $1,400 to get it fixed I set the bill to fraserway and they sent me a cheque for $388. I could write 3 pages of the stuff I had to deal with after buying a camper from them but I'm running out of characters. They don't care about anything after making the sale. You can't trust what they say, there is no customer service. I would never buy anything from a Fraserway dealer again and I hope the people that read this do the same.

Mr. ******, in purchasing a used unit, there is always the chance that things can require maintenance. All used units do require a complete inspection to ensure it is ready for sale and your unit was no exception. Used units also do not come with a warranty and so can be taken to any dealership should work be required. As Fraserway RV does not have any locations in Saskatchewan, our team would not share that we do. You spoke with our Service Manager who said he'd be happy to look at your unit to help out but that it would have to come back to Lacombe. He said that you could take it to any dealership in your area, but that the repairs would not be covered by Fraserway. The initial work you had done at your local dealership didn't fix your concern so that would need to be taken up with the dealership who did the work for you. When you spoke with our General Manager, he agreed as a gesture of good will, to contribute toward your invoice. The conversation continued in a friendly fashion and you thanked the GM for his help. We're uncertain why your outlook has changed following this interaction but believe that we have acted with integrity. Sincerely, Fraserway RV

Purchased a new ********** truck camper March 31, 2022. Six weeks later the black toilet tank was leaking so I took it back and it was repaired - or so I was told. A month later the black tank gushed out and I didn't use it for the rest of my travels. I returned from northern BC mid September and needed appt to fix the toilet again - the appointment was scheduled for and supposedly fixed November 15. I haven't used it because I don't trust their repairs.
Today, December 6th, in changing my bedding I discovered that the (headboard) wall of my truck camper was dripping wet. Lifted the mattress and the floor underneath was dripping wet. The floor under the entire mattress is dripping wet. The floor is wet below each window (1 window on each side of the camper). The floor in my clothes closet is dripping wet. I called Fraserway in Abbotsford at 10:40 this morning. It is now 5:50 P.M. and I'm still waiting to hear from them. A 1.33/5 is too high a review for this company. **** ******* ******** ** ***** ** ********* **** ** * ****** *** ******* *** ** ********* *** ********** *** ******** ** *** ** ****** ********* ********** *** **** ** *****. I understand that a convenient appointment has been set for you and that you have our commitment to work with you to resolve your concerns. We hope your faith in Fraserway RV has been restored and that we will continue to earn back your trust. Sincerely, Fraserway RV

They are all smiles and helpful while making a sale, but just try to return something. I purchased a $400 DC converter for an RV we were selling. While starting repair, we noticed that there was nothing wrong with the existing converter and that there was a loose ground wire. Therefore, we never opened the package of the purchased converter, hoping to return it as it was $400. We went to the parts department and were told that only the manager could make an exception as this was an electronic part and was a final sale, even if not opened. I contacted the parts manager the next day and she was immediately quoting "policy across the industry" to NOT accept a return of an electronic part, even if not opened. This is a complete cash grab as electronics purchased ANYWHERE else can be returned, if not opened and within the time frame outlined by the Seller. I should have purchased via ******* part was over $100 cheaper and you are never hassled to return anything, but we thought of these guys first, unfortunately. To think we were about to drop $65,000 or more on a new RV with these clowns in a week is like dodging a bullet, I'll gladly deal with someone who isn't so short-sighted and policy driven.

Mr. *******, when you stopped by for our help in locating the converter you needed, our Sales person opened up the package with you to ensure that the converter was what you needed. You shared with us that you didn't have time to wait for it to arrive from ****** as you had a buyer for your trailer. We explained that the item was non returnable and you agreed to purchase the item. You then returned with an unopened converter and asked to return it. As we had opened our package with you, we knew the package you were bringing in had not been purchased at our store. When you purchased from us you were fully aware that it would be non returnable. The transaction was made at your own choice and with full knowledge that it could not be returned. Thank you. Fraserway RV

It is absolutely amazing how ************ ********* these guys are to come out on top with whatever *** they could make up, just to avoid a return! I NEVER mentioned buying anything from ******, in fact, I didn't even think to purchase the part from ******, or I would have done it! The only reason these guys are mentioning ****** and the sale of my RV is because they read my review for them on ******, where I stated people should just buy the part from ****** instead of dealing with these ******. Nobody ever mentioned the return policy or opened the box to show me the ** *********, they didn't explain anything, I knew what I was looking for and bought it on the spot. The sad part is, even after the parts guy refused to take the return on that Sunday because he wasn't authorized to take a return for $400 (he needed his supervisor "Suz" to approve it) we agreed and actually walked their yard and tried to look at several RVs as we are in the market for a new RV. That's how they found out we were selling our old RV! It's comical how these guys are ********* for $400, I can sell that part online, I'll get my money back, but you people are out a $75,000 purchase and, rest assured, many many more reviews on RV pages online, our RVing friends who we referred to YOU people in the past and of course, anyone we come across. We will make sure nobody in our RVing community comes to your business and gets ******** as a CUSTOMER, for simply trying to return an unopened package they purchased from you. We will share your comments with them, it will be a great talking piece over campfires.

I had some warranty work done at Fraserway RV in Abbotsford. It took a month. First night camping their repairs failed. I had to redo the repairs myself.
While they were fixing another warranty job we pointed out that the awning was making noise. So they said they’d order the part and call me when it came in. They called us right at the beginning of camping season and we didn’t want to be without our rv for another month so we waited till the beginning of August. Now they’ve told us they returned the part and the repair is no longer covered by warranty. * ****** * *** ** *************** **** **** ********* *********

Hi *** *****, we notified you on February 10th, 2022 by email that the part required had arrived and we could book you in at the end of April. Your warranty was set to expire in January of 2022 so unfortunately, the warranty would likely not have applied. We would have done our best to assist you then to see if we could get the manufacturer to cover to costs. However as we didn't hear back from you on this matter until a few weeks ago, we are unable to ask the manufacturer for an exception as too much time has passed. We also didn't know if you still wanted us to do the work as you didn't get back to us when we emailed in February. We're still ready to help you with the work but would need to charge for the parts and labour. Sincerely Fraserway RV

Horrible Horrible Service. Purchased RV may 30 took it back a week later for it to be protected against weather. Never received any info on when it was done we called the fallowing week was told there were issues that had to be fixed and that their was a recall on a part. Never got the RV back till June 30 and had to return it because the wiring for brakes went. Now being told that it was our fault and our warranties don’t cover any of it.

*** ******* *** ****** had shared with us that he did not engage the break away switch properly. As a result, the brakes were engaged and caused the wiring issue that you refer to. We were asked to quote on the repair and you elected not to move ahead with the work. As the issue was caused by user error, the repair is not covered by the warranty. This is a crucial safety issue so it was our duty to bring it to your attention however the decision not to repair the damage is your own and not that of Fraserway RV. When the unit is picked up, *** ****** will need to sign a release to state that he is aware the unit is no longer road safe and that Fraserway RV has made him aware of this concern. We remain ready to fix this issue for you. Regards, Fraserway RV
