    i got a locker for my laast minute move out. I was doing this alone and i was very sick at the time. my main reason for choosing this facility was the 24 hr access. my second time there i got locked out of the building and had to call after hours. than i was told that my access hrs had been restricted to 10 pm. her reasons were that the last time i was there (the day i moved in) i was there too long after hours. i cant find anywhere that says theres a time limit. it says right on the website 24 hrs access. she also said that bcuz i got sick in the lobby. if u watch the cameras i was in tears at this point and i was extremely shocked it happened. the office was closed at the time i didnt even know the code for the washroom to wash myself up. i left immediately... i apologized to her and explained *** situation. since i was calling bcuz my stuff was out of my locker and i was locked out she said she was giving me access for that night. i am having car problems right now and i live in ******* so to get to abbotsford to organize my veryy unorganized locker isnt easy. so i had gotten someone to drop me off late at night and than someone to pick me up in the morning. that mornign i wasnt feeling well so i left all of my things there purse jacket ect and went to get some food. thinking i had until 10 pm to get them. on my way to get this stuff i check my emails and pockit storage sent me an email at 430, 30 minutes b4 they close and tell me my access has now been restricted to office hours only and i basically have to be supervised the whole time??? bcuz i was at the facility too long tjhe night b4??? the first time they nvr even bothered to let me know and when i found out it was 1am how am i supposed to now change my plans to suit theres... so now i cant even access my belongings and i have done nothing wrong. she says i breached their policy but i cant see where and she refuses to speak to me when i go into the office
