  This company is a scam. Dont even think about calling them if you want to report a parking violation, I called them many times,Quick service auto towing and AAA parking service is just one person they are scam. They only come when they need money. If they dont need money at the time you phoned they wont come. Dont waste your time calling them.

  AAA Parking Services provides patrol services for townhouses, apartment complexes and businesses. Quick Service Auto Towing enforces strata and business bylaws. There is a process to follow before a vehicle in violation is towed. Both companies know that you called several times asking for a vehicle to be towed to your complex. We are also aware that a vehicle belonging to you was towed for violation. The companies can only impound vehicles if they follow the protocol and not due to an upset caller. This helps explain the reason for not immediately attending to your request. The vehicle was towed two days later as it was in violation, and the towing process was authorized.

  They are doing very unethical, unprofessional business. ******* thinks he has power to do anything while running business. I totally understand while doing this business no one will be happy once there car is towed. But issue is there is no time limit mentioned on there board. But they are towing cars just in 30 minutes and when I called him for car, he mentioned come with Debit card or cash to a house. When I asked him question about ticket, video and invoice he doesnt have any answers and mentioned he will bring papers and video from car and then sat in car and tried to run over. There are other people reviews also where he tried same to run over and abuse someone, towed in 10 minutes etc a week ago when this incident happened to me. He just want to harass people and before he mentioned Monday is long weekend you wont get your car back. Even ticket attached shows he gave ticket at **** pm and towed car at **** pm. Also this guy gave me receipt like this see picture what they are doing for money by harassing people and adding more money later. He had car for Sunday night and Monday still he charged for three days storage. This guy didnt picked up calls on Tuesday even, after so many attempts call was made. You should do your business ethically not by harassing people.

  This reply will help explain your concern(s). The driver name is incorrect. The location where your vehicle was parked has 11 signs throughout the complex. Customers who shop at the business complex have never been towed. Vehicles that park and leave the property are in violation. The signs clearly state no leaving the property which includes no condo and event parking. There are pictures of when your vehicle was towed and phone history when you called in to inquire about your vehicle. The strata complex where you reside has a parking spot for residents and visitors. There is a three-hour time between when your vehicle was towed and the time you inquired regarding the vehicle.  Rest assured, vehicles are only towed when there is a walk away from the property. You and your family members arrived at the yard and started to argue with the driver about why the vehicle was towed and refused to pay the bill.
  The video surveillance shows the driver trying to explain, and there is non-compliance. The employees are trained to de-escalate the situation and leave the yard when there is a non-compliant customer. There is a video of the male running up to the truck, coming super close as the truck was leaving the yard. Drivers are asked to leave to avoid an altercation. In regards to the false accusation regarding the driver trying to hit you, your relative who ran towards a moving truck, your sister and your one-year-old baby, there is video surveillance that shows your relative running in front of the moving truck and you, a child and sister standing several meters away from the truck. Police were called to inform them of the incident, and you also called the police and made a false report. It is therefore, no investigation was launched. You came three days later to pick up your car and were charged a daily storage fee. Your invoice also included a stand-by time for the driver coming to release your vehicle and having to leave without being able to release the vehicle. There is a recording of your relative commenting that the company will make stories, that's the driver's wife, and make a report stating the driver tried to hit us. Please be mindful when calling the police as they are swamped trying to protect people in unsafe situations. This incident didn't require police accompaniment since no crime had occurred, and a driver was harassed while doing his job. No one should be hindered or harassed from doing their job. The company has a formidable job and is only towing cars in violation. They are busy, and patrol conducts its rounds. Please be mindful when posting false information. The company hopes the reply helps explain your concerns.

  Wasn’t parked for more then 40mins got car towed. Got color of car totally wrong and wrong plate number. Was very rude and said I was parked for over 2 hours and 40 mins.
