    Beware if you’re considering using Top Cat Wine Tours for any sort of important event.
    We hired them to shuttle guests to and from Naramata for our wedding this summer and 3 days before the wedding they bailed. Myles (the owner) claimed that ALL of their catalytic converters were stolen out of ALL of their buses and therefore were unable to uphold their contract. This was a lie as their buses continued to run that day, and every day thereafter. Myles also bragged to multiple people about “big events” he had scheduled on the same weekend as my wedding.
    I then began reaching out to other shuttle companies and found out Myles had been trying to find me alternate arrangements WEEKS before (and was unsuccessful) but only told me 3 days before my wedding. During my search for another shuttle, multiple companies told me it was pretty normal to be cleaning up Top Cat’s messes.
    Not only did they bail on me 3 days before my wedding but they were also extremely hard to get ahold and communicate with in the months leading up to the wedding.
    I would strongly recommend finding someone else for your shuttle needs!

    First of all, we did not bail on your contract or other contacts for that matter. We hold ourselves to a high standard and provide over 5000 contracts per season with less than 0.06% interruption rate. It was 5 days before when we had our break in at our one yards. We had vehicles stored at 2 other locations. As did get a few vehicles back on the road to service some contracts and we fulfilled the ones in order of they were received. The next 2 days I went to great lengths on trying to source other solutions for your wedding day. After searching multiple other solutions, I found one that matched the same type of vehicle you had booked and even paid the additional costs which you declined. We found another provider which you further declined, and we refunded you the deposit in full as the balance on the contract was still not paid for in full either by the required timeframe, but we were still prepared to complete the work. I do apologize for the inconvenience that was caused.
