    I am writing to file a complaint regarding AAA windows . I purchased doors and windows from this company, and I was assured that the warranty for these products was for 10 years. Unfortunately, the doors are now leaking water through the glass.Upon contacting the company initially, I was informed that the issue would be covered under the warranty. I was instructed to send an email with pictures of the problem, which I did. However, I received no response. I followed up with a second email but still did not receive any reply.When I called the company again, I was told that the doors are not covered under the warranty and that only the windows are. This contradicts the information provided to me at the time of purchase. The company is failing to honor their warranty as stated, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

The invoice attached to the complaint pertains to a window purchase, whereas the problem the customer reported concerns the glass in his door. Nevertheless, we made efforts to resolve the issue he brought up. It appears the complaint pertains to a product not acquired through our company. <*span><*p>
