    I brought requested samples to the store manager of what I hoped he could order for me. I needed a 55 pound bag of black beans and a 55 pound bag of LARGE green lentils. The black beans were according to the sample that I provided, but the green lentils did not match the sample that I had provided. I was not able to determine that until I got home to compare the size of the green lentil that I needed with the size that was provided. At the time of placing my order, I was informed that these would be special orders, as they did not carry these items in stock. At that time, nothing was mentioned about not being able to get a refund if the order was not according to my need. I would NEVER have ordered from this establishment, if I had known that there would be no refund if the item(s) ordered were not according to the samples that I provided. The manager insists that he did indeed state that to me when I placed the order. I have worked in retail for over ** years and know for a fact that he did not mention that my order would be nonrefundable. Also, that usually would be stated on the sales receipt, which it is not. Nor are there any signs posted in the store that I was able to see to this effect. I just got off the phone with him in the last half hour, and he was not willing to provide a refund of the purchase price of $75.00 for me and he terminated the phone call. I would recommend great caution to be exercised when considering doing business with this store.
