    I purchased ski tickets for Dec 26, 2022 for Sasquatch Mountain, which includes **** which is mandatory ski card along with the ski tickets. I paid for a total of $343.70 on Dec 24, 2022 which includes $22.40 for 4 x **** ski cards. Due to extreme weather and the impact of ****** Utilities, Sasquatch Mountain Resort was closed for the entire mountain. Mountain remained closed from Dec 24, 2022 to Dec 29, 2022. Sasquatch Mountain is offering refund on ski tickets only but not 4 x **** ski cards ($22.40). Their reason is **** cards are non-refundable. It was mandatory to purchase **** cards along with the ski tickets. If Sasquatch Mountain is not able to deliver what I paid for, full refund should be honored including the **** cards which was part of their mandatory ski tickets. They have never deliver the **** cards to me.

    Sasquatch Mountain Resort's policy regarding RFID cards is that once card is issued and printed, refund is not available. 

    In this case, the guest never came to the resort and cards were never issued therefore refund is definitely available for RFID Cards and will be processed in FULL for the amount of $343.70. Please note that we have a large backlog of refunds to process due to flooding over the holiday period when we were closed for 5 days, the refund for *************** has yet to be processed, however we will be sure to process in full within the next 48hrs.

    We believe that our policy may have been misinterpreted and miscommunicated to the guest by a very junior employee. We do have a no refund policy on RFID once RFID cards are printed and have been issued, however we have never instructed our team to withhold a portion of a refund for RFID cards if RFID cards were not produced.
