5 starsI want to give a shout out to this amazing company, Kitchen Makeovers. After getting 4 quotes, and 4 different scopes of work (what they would and wouldn’t do,) I decided on this company and for a number of reasons:
Tanya came with a tonne of knowledge - from color to paint to hardware, cost, and more. She was able to offer suggestions as to what would look good, and what would be economical for me. She was extremely thorough. As well, she showed genuine interest in making my kitchen beautiful.
Everything Tanya put together for me, verbally, or otherwise, was very detailed and easily understood. There were no hidden fees or nickel-and-diming during this transaction. Tanya was kind enough to throw in a few extras as well.
The staff at Kitchen Makeovers is stellar. They are a young group of people, all with an extraordinary work ethic. It was Tanya, Nadia1, Scarlet, Hayley, Jonah, and Nadia2 who did my kitchen. I couldn’t have asked for better. Even with the amount of staff attending, there was never any breakdown in communication. They all had a specific job to do and they did it.
The staff were always on time, in spite of having to drive from the Valley. They were all very pleasant, helpful, and did meticulous work. Their clean-up was impeccable.
In closing, I will say that out of all the contractors I’ve had in my place in the last 2 years, (and there were many,) this company, by far, out-performed all of them, in terms of honesty, efficiency, price, customer care, and integrity. If you plan on updating your kitchen, scroll no further. Kitchen Makeovers is the only way to go.
