  I had my garage panel upgrade to 125 amps to accommodate the installation of 2 ev chargers. VanCan Electric did a great job, were very fast and gave clear communication through the whole process. I'm extremely happy with their service and the finished installation. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  I had requested Majid to do a changeover from old outlets to modern style. Despite being very busy, he came in promptly and spent whatever time it took to do my job, safely and neatly. His manner, his work ethics,and his safety ehics are all top-notch. His charges were fair. I will keep his number on top of my professional's list, as he proved what it says on his site " HE IS THE BEST"...

  I showed him the list from inspector and he came to the site to look for the work. One day later he gave me an estimate was $ **** and he also tell me it will be different about $ 500 more. I agreed and gave him $ 600 to pay for permit fee. The next day he came to work and I gave me another price was $7000, i had no choice because I already gave him money to pay for permit and $1800 for deposit. He started to work on Jan 31, 2023 just only changed 100 amp penal and on Feb 6, 2023 I got the email from inspector officer the inspection fail with 14 non compliances. He is unable to do the works. He kept my money and refused to finish the project

  Hi **************** was expecting a co operation from you while I was doing your job. When you hire a trade to do your job, you need to follow their instructions other than arguing with. You didn't even pay me the full 30% deposit to start your work, but still I proceed with your job. I have done more than what I have got paid from you.As a contractor I respect my customer and I need respect from customer as well for my time.You never answered my call and call me to discuss the issue. My time is valuable and it was wasted by you.

  Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a long list of minor issues that needed fixing, and it was all finished faster than I'd expected, despite needing extra patience to deal with my being nitpicky about a number of things.

  I highly recommend Majid at Vancan Electric for all your electrical needs. During the renovation of our kitchen we needed rewiring to accommodate a new induction cooktop and downdraft as we were replacing a gas range. We also needed to remove an obsolete intercom system and needed advice on power requirements if we decided to go with an air pump for air conditioning. Majid promptly provided a quote and carried out the services as needed during the renovation. He is friendly, knowledgeable punctual and efficient. He will be our first call if we require any other electrical services and will recommend him to all of our friends.

  I have been continually impressed by Majid’s work ethic and quality of service.
  He has been responsive from our first ask for a quote to throughout the project timeline.
  We had several projects requiring Majid’s help - hanging three delicate chandeliers in high and difficult to reach spots, replacing various delicate lighting fixtures around the home, installing a 240V outlet, and relocating a sump pump outlet. What stood out to me about Majid and his assistant was their level of courtesy, conscientiousness, and care for their work and the owners’ home. Before making any changes that might be intrusive or irreversible, Majid always made sure to consult with me and help me understand what was involved, along with providing multiple solutions if possible. While it may be common sense, I can’t say that other trades have done the same. After each day of work, he would ensure that the spaces he worked in were tidy and clean and he always laid out floor coverings wherever he did work inside the house.
  He also has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Respectful, resourceful, and communicated to manage my expectations well. From a soft skills perspective, he’s probably one of the best tradespersons I have ever worked with and puts himself in the owners’ shoes. And we are also pleased with the quality of his work and would confidently recommend him to anyone who needs electrician work done at their property.
  Lastly, his pricing is very reasonable. Thank you again, Majid - we would give more than 5/5 stars if possible.
