On April. 12, 2025 I brought a set of new tires, purchased elsewhere for $672.00, to a business named Buy Sell Tires, for the tires to be put onto my rims, mounted and balanced, costing $134.40. The vehicle was not driven until mid May, were it was driven from ******* to 100 mile house. Once at my destination, I parked, in the morning my tires were flat. I tried adding air to them but it just leaked out. I looked and I could see that the tires on the backside were all damaged. I took the entire rims off the vehicle and brought them to a tire shop. Once the tire shop took a look, they noticed that every tire was ripped at the bead. There were visible chunks of tire missing and tear marks. My rims are tapered and need to be mounted from the rear. This is common sense to any other tire shop. I then had to purchase another set of tires to get home. Those tires cost $1682.25, it was a long weekend and this was the only tire option. I contacted Buy Sell Tires for a week with no return calls. I decided to look at their reviews online, and this is common practice for this company. They're unskilled and not properly trained tire technicians. The building is run down, and tires and money are being stolen from customers. There is no safety concern when they put 15 year old tires on a car, and we noted some employees not wearing safety boots. They refuse to pay anyone back or even admit they did something wrong in the first place. The owner would not respond until we made an honest ****** review. He claims slander and refuses to speak to us. We are wanting to be compensated for the tires they ruined, the installation, and the new tires, or a percentage, of what we were forced to buy.

On Monday, February 3, 2025, I purchased used tires for $504 from Buy Sell Tires in **********. All tires were stacked on top of each other, so I didn't see in the inside. The tire technician stated the tires had 80% tread left and were in great condition. Shortly later, I noticed shaking and deviation while driving, so I brought my vehicle to Trail Tire on February 15 to balance the tires. The tire technicians at Trail Tire informed me that all four tires had damage to the side walls (some tires were marked and others had **** plugs), 40-50% tread, and were filled with water. In addition, all four rims were scratched from incorrect mounting equipment (My tires haven't been removed since purchase). It was frightening to hear that I was lucky that none of the tires exploded while I was driving. One of the tire technicians stated, "These tires look like they were taken from our dumpster." Later on Saturday, February 15, my boyfriend and I went back to Buy Sell Tires in ********** with pictures and the invoice from Trail Tire. After hearing the situation, two employees encouraged us to contact the owner as they didn't have the authority to issue a refund or discuss reimbursement for the rims repair. On Tuesday, February 18, I emailed ****** *****, the owner of Buy Sell Tires in attempt to receive a refund for the tires and reimbursement for polishing the rims. I still have not received a response. I've attached images of the tires that Buy Sell Tires sold me and the invoice from the other tire company. I've highlighted the scratched rims in some of the photos.

My wife went into their mission location to trade a set of tires that did not fit her vehicle for a set that do and have them mounted on her rims. When she got home we were going to take the tires off the car to do the brakes when we found out the people there over torqued the lug nuts and stripped most of the lugs so we are unable to even remove the tire. If this isn't had enough they put tires on the rear that are from 2012 and have dry rot all around the edge. They also wrecked the rims on the car i am unsure if it was during taking the tires on or off the car. They will not replace the tires nor pay a mechanic shop to get the tires off and replace the lug nuts which if going to be a decent size bill. Talking to other people I am not the only person this has happened to it is also stated on ****** reviews we have found a bit to late

In September I had a flat tire happen in front of buy sell tires so I went there and they said they have tires thatll fit. I asked about them and the manager got upset with me saying she has 15 years experience. I trusted them and let them do their thing. It took 3 hours because their power went out and none of the employees knew how to put a tire on manually after the power came on and tires were finally installed I left to work. The next morning one of the tires exploded and almost sent me into oncoming traffic. I had to tow my vehicle back into the shop. While getting the vehicle off the tow truck I noticed that the tires were 13 years old. Tires are illegal after 6 years. Furthermore they were winter tires. I brought this to her attention and she said thats not their fault its what they had and proceeded to be very disrespectful using foul language. The new tires they brought out were just as bad. I looked at them to confirm date code but the codes were scratched off very clearly with a dremel. I asked why that happened and she once again started swearing at me and calling me everything under the sun. My lawyer contacted them and they responded back with ************** to **** my d*** and well see him in court I am seeking full refund for the tires and tow bill

About 2 weeks ago They sold me a set of four tires what I recieved was 3 tires of one brand and 1 tire of another brand. The bead blew off one tire ON THE WAY HOME and another had a massive bulge in it. I confronted the company and their warranty is exchange only and guess what? They have nothing in stock in my size at either location, and others have even said they were exchanged for even worse tires with METAL in them!! So they refuse to pick up the phone if I call, so guess I am going down there and standing at the edge of their shop for a day to tell all their customers what they are! They refuse to refund or do anything to fix the situation

We purchased A set of 4 all weather tires for my son's car in April 2023 from this company. They were 90% tire tread and we Paid five fifty for all four installed, three weeks later 1 of the tires had a huge bulge in it. I was not too worried because we have the receipt and it states warranty is
for 1 year from purchase date. My husband was able to drive the car to the location of buy sell tires and immediately the owner - candice became defensive and rude saying " we will see what we have, we will not be replacing all four tires! My husband stated I never asked you to replace all four but you should be giving us something that matches and is safe. That day Candice did have the tire tech place the only available tire she had that size on the car, unfortunately it was a different make and only 30 % of tread. My husband said to her this is only temporary correct, she said yes come in 2 days when the " big boss " is here in the office. My husband did go back the day she told him too and unfortunately that day the worker told my husband " sorry he will not come talk to you, you have to come back when Candice is here on Thursday as she is dealing with this case " I went back Thursday ( today ) and asked if they found any tire yet. We'll to my surprise she didn't even know the tire size. She was so rude, I recorded the conversation. She sent me away again with the same tire on my son's car. I have been told she will call her other location tomorrow ( which she did already infront of my husband earlier this week) I said I'm willing to meet you in the middle and pay the difference for a new tire. She simply states no I will not put a new tire on and if I don't have one then what am I supposed to do. I Said call another tire shop her response was no. *** ******* *** *** ******* *** * ** ********* **** ******* ** *** ***** **** **** ***** *** **** **** **** ********** **** ***** **** ******** **** **** **** ******* **** *** ****** *** *** **** * ****** ********
