    After purchasing a windmill ( 12ft tall ) and having to restore some of it, I found a custom woodwork fella, ******* ***, who was amazing and was spot on and completed quickly. He referred me for some sheet metal work I needed to be done. I contacted Paul of HS Bhogal explained what I needed and brought the piece to his shop on June 5th. I explained I needed this by the first week of July. He assured me several times that it was not a problem he could do it by the end of the month I did say only IF you can as this does need to be done, I left the piece with him and he would send me a quote by the end of the weekend almost 2 weeks went by I reached out to him and he quoted me $1100, I thought ouch but okay as he has had it now almost 1/2 the month and at least I would have what I needed in the time frame I had. After the quote, he assured me again no problem by month's end. Well, today I reached out to see the time frame as to when I can pick up and now he tells me SORRY I am unable to do this...... of course, I am frustrated as I reminded him about his " assurances " then NO profanity was used in the text exchange, he states " I am sorry, I don't need to exchange in any verbal to text abuse, I feel bad about the situation and I have to live with it " **** *** * *** *** I never thought he would ** **** * '********* *****' but a man is only as good as his word and my experience with this one DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

    We, H.S. Bhogal **** had an existing vendor contact us regarding a customer of theirs regarding a custom sheet metal project. We are an industrial/commercial contractor. We agreed to look at the project as a favour to our vendor, time permitting, as this is not our usual scope of work. This vendors client was in contact with us, left their project on our property and continued to discuss the proposed project via telephone calls and text messaging to our owner. It was explained that this type of custom project might be possible, it would be difficult to perform given the tedious nature of the sheet metal work required however we would possibly give a budget quote pending our schedule and no promises were made regarding a timeline nor any commitment. Our vendors customer explained that it had been difficult at this point to find a vendor to perform this task. The potential customer continued to communicate with numerous phone calls and text messages demanding a deadline that would be difficult to meet given our current busy schedule. The text messages were becoming rude and in fact racist, including brown coloured thumbs up emojis to our Indian (South Asian) owner. At this point our owner decided this would not be a good fit for our business as the potential customer was racist and also had refused to provide a deposit or any form of payment for this potential customized work. When our payment terms are not met or when potential customers abuse our employees via slighting or bullying in any fashion we cannot provide service. We wished this individual the best and suggested they look for a small custom sheet metal fabrication business. We have been in business for over thirty years with no complaints nor any negative reviews and will continue to provide excellent service and maintain our relationships both business and personal in our community.
