    On May 3 ****************************************************** stock on May 6 I messaged asking about a tracking number on May 12 they sent me a tracking number and said they had a hard time finding it because I ordered off there sister site (golden hour skin care) which I didnt I order directly from their email. On May 12 I asked why it was being shipped from ***** when your page stats in stock (5/20/24 still states in stock). On 5/16/24 I received a email stating how nice and much cheaper everything is coming from ***** and their page stats it. After reading there misleading page they have its design in ****** and imported to the *** and shipped from *******. On 5/17/2024 I emailed asking for a refund since following the tracking information my bag is still in **** somewhere even tough the web page states in stock. I still havent heard anything about my refund just a email saying they will answer in ***** hours and its been 4 days.

    I ordered this bag on Feb 1st. I received an email stating I will receive the bag within 8-12 days as that is how long it will take for shipping. On the 11th I still didn't have a tracking number so I reached out hoping to get a response that your bag is on the way. I got a canned message that they will get back to me within ***** hours. On the 12th I get a response that they are reaching out to their shipping agent to find out where it is.On the 17th I get a notice that there was an issue with the shipping agent and they are reshipping the bag. They provide no tracking number or anything.On the 25th, I send another email about the item and wait the ***** hours on the canned response email. On the 26th I get a return message that I will get a tracking number once it ships. Wait, what? The bag I was told on the 17th that it will be given priority hasn't been shipped as of the 26th?On the 27th I get an email showing like they are purchasing a new bag for me. I then went to FB, I commenting on one of their ads about having an issue receiving the bags once you order it. This seems to be the company's business model. I get a canned message saying they are a small family business and be patient with them and they give me a tracking number. This is on March 3rd over a month after I ordered the bag. I asked for a refund and was told that it's against their policy to do so being the bag was shipped.On March 15th I reach back to them on FB messenger asking for a status update because the site they gave me to track the shipment has no updates that they even have the product.I get a message back that it was released from customs on Friday and it should be there any day. That brings us to today. 3/27/25...I tried to message back the chat and I'm apparently blocked because the messages don't go through. The bag has not been received and the tracking last said the package went from ** to **.

    April 4, 2024 Order ******, Total Purchase $140.85 total of 4 items.Silver Crossbody Satchel 23579-SILVER$***** used 1 day, and the handle fell out. Notified seller, with picture and asked for REFUND, (stitching was inferior did not want a replacement) Seller sent a replacement of the same bag instead. The same satchel bag arrived, I did not even take it out of the packaging, I visibly saw the thread was coming out of the handle area, it is a single poor-quality thread. I sent a picture notified the seller asked again for a REFUND, and informed all Sales are Final and they only send replacements, of the same bag. Why would I want another defective product? I would like a refund, or a selection of another product, not another this same poor quality useless Satchel that they insist I must have. The seller refuses, only replacement of the same item that is poor quality and should not be sold.The bags should not be sold, they are sewed with poor quality thread, single stitched with no reinforcement to carry any type of weight. I would like to note the other 3 items I purchased were of better quality and I have no complaints, it is just this Grey Satchel that was ***** that I can't use as it falls apart within 24 hours or less.
