    I ordered a toddler plus size nest back in March 2022 ($435.40), it was ready for pick up in mid June 2023 however we had just moved from ** to AB so were unable to pick it **. In early August I sent the cost for shipping it ($30 via etransfer) and since then I have not heard back from ******. I have messaged, called, emailed, contacted her on ** and ** with no reply. I have heard from another mutual small business friend that there are other people chasing up orders. I understand ****** has had a career shift but I am out of pocket by $465.40 with no product (we love our other products from her).

    I ordered a custom blanket from Lovebird Sewing ** on March 26, ****. Order # ****. I received an order confirmation email. The total cost for the custom blanket was $294.25. I did not receive any blanket and I have reached out via email on May 30, 2023 and September 17, 2023 with no response. I reached out to their ********* **************** via message on September 28, 2023 with no response.

    Placed custom order back in march 2023 and haven't received order and cannot get a hold of shop

    I purchased a baby nest March 8th, 2023. This would have been my 3rd purchase, with usually great service and product. Went through the usual motions to select fabric. Then, she started to never answer emails and told me a 12 week turnover. I respected the 12 weeks, and followed up then as my friend was due. She would not get back to me. Had to make my friend seem interested to buy a new nest and text her from another phone for her to get back to me. She told me her life was chaotic and I was her priority back in late June 2023. Since then, no answer, nothing. I have written, called, texted, emailed multiple times to try to resolve and nothing. I have now asked for my money back as I never obtained the product. She still refuses to answer or respond. I paid 355$ for something I never got. This is not ok.
