    This complaint is regarding the 4Cats Meadowvale location however it also applies to 4Cats as an organization. The Meadowvale location closed and our artwork is gone. We weren't ever notified to pick up our art before they shut down even after numerous attempts at contacting them BEFORE they closed. I wasn't refunded for ************. The worst part is it was a workshop for Mother's Day and now all we have are the memories. The organization as a whole doesn't care and I was met with a sorry they're closed but we can try to get in touch with the previous owner, surprise, no response. At the very least I want my money back but it doesn't look like that will happen. Don't spend your money at 4Cats unless you never want to see what your money paid for again.

    Hello,

    This guest was promised her artwork from a previous franchisee.  Franchises are privately owned. This location was it's own, stand-alone business, and would be responsible for it's storing and returning artwork made in their facilities. Only the franchisee (***********************) can issue a refund as 4Cats did not collect these funds for this workshop. Only ***** would have been able to coordinate any remaining artwork she had in her space or arrange refunds if she could not hold up her end of the transaction. We are sorry that this happened, but again, we have no control over what a previous franchisee may or may not have promised to their guests. 

    As stipulated in the previous correspondence, we could only pass along the message. We can pass along the franchisee's email is she would like to get in contact herself.We are happy to make a one time only exception and issue a matching credit that she can use in a neighbouring studio if she likes.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have already tried contacting ***** directly and it has been almost a year.  I have attached a confirmation of my payment to 4Cats.  How would I go about obtaining a credit?  Locations closest to me would be Port Credit, Burlington and ********.
