    Took my car in for an oil change and afterwards it would not start. The person who did the services said it was my starter, so I had it towed home until I could afford to have it fixed. Later that week, had it towed to a mechanic and he found that there was no oil in the car so took video and photos for me. I contacted the manager and when he looked at his video, he confirmed no oil was added. I submitted my bill for the repairs and they said it had to be investigated. I am a student and needed the money back for rent. After repeated calls for an update, most of which the staff said the manager was not in, I was still without compensation for repairs, including a refund for the attempted oil change. It took over a month to finally get payment back. Poor customer service, Mr. **** oil change without any oil, poor follow-up. Avoid at this place, lucky my engine didn't cease up.

    This complaint has already been resolved. This issue was brought to us at the store on 11/16/2023. We offered this customer store credit initially for the amount it cost them at **** ***** *******. Customer Denied the store credits later on so gave them a complete refund on the repair and Oil change. The vehicle was fixed at **** ***** **** ****** in Burnaby and the bill was $582.40 which we already took care of and also refunded the money for the oil change at Mr.Lube Burnaby $107.50
