    Very disappointed with my experience with badge boys. I purchased my son in law a personalized law enforcement badge wallet for Christmas. Unfortunately the lasered cut out for the badge is too big and the badge is not secure in the wallet. Was advised to wait to let the leather settle, however its clear it will never shrink enough to fit the badge properly. My son in law attempted to reach out on several occasions to see what could be done, eventually asking for a refund for the product using the guidelines of their warranty return process. The company has ceased communication with him. Its extremely disappointing as I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt being law enforcement professionals. Unfortunately, I cant say that they live by their motto on their site We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and making sure that every person who trusts us with their badge security is satisfied with our products. I am only looking for a refund for the wallet.
