    this incident happened on Oct 14 2022 @ approx 5:15 pm at the bussiness, I was there to purchase a bubble tea from the store, I had my reusable cup for them to use, a guy refused to take it , and started yelling at us,for no reason , and using coarse language in both english and mandarine, and 2 other employee at present didnt try to stop him , the person took my reusable cup and smashed on the counter, I was unhappy, and my cup broke, it had a glass chipped from him placing it very hard on the counter, we asked for the manager , but they said there were no manager on site and refused to provide more information to resolve the issue.
    the employee chased us to outside of the store and trying to stop us from getting to our car, ( we were trying to leave)
    at this time, we paid for bubble tea and the other employee put the drink in my reusable cup and it was sipping because he chipped my cup. So i went back to the store trying to tell the lady about my cup issue and she again refused there was no manager in the store and refused to provide more information and just started helping next customer, she ignored me.
    I have a video of the person swearing at us and using corase language and 2 other employee were just standing there doing nothing.
