    I bought 2 pairs of shoes at the aldo store in ***************. i decided to return one pair as i did not like the color.when i went to **** in ********** mall where i bought the shoes the counter person immediatly refused to refund saying the shoes are worn out contradictory to the fact the shoes are absolutly new i only put them on in the store when buying them to make sure they fit.my return time frame is within the required by ****. i only had them one week return time is 60 days. when i asked to speak to the manager the counter person said she is the manager . she refused to refund and threaten me that she is going to call mall security . i was of no threat or inanyway combative. i asked for a refund as iam entitled to. she kept accusing me of the shoe are worn NO TRUTH to her claim. the pair is new in box with all tags and packaging. i expect an apology from this ************** . as their refusal is a direct contradiction of the aldo return policy. the person refused to identify her self other then she is the manager she would not give her name . this all took place today july ,21- 2024.
