    I had booked a ticket with island link. The ferry ibwas on ended up being late. Which had happened before when I was already on the bus and had to wait for the ferry before continuing down island. So this time it was my ferry late. I go and see the island link driver right away to be told my bus left and there was no room on any other bus that day. So I had went into the office at the ferry they told me to email and ask for a refund. I told I would be refunded within the week. And it's now been over a month with no word from them. I've emailed again and again and they just say it hasn't been refunded yet there still trying to find the driver. Like how hard was it to find that driver the day it all happened. I wont be using there service anymore I'd rather walk then deal with this sh$t again

    Worst customer service possibly Ive ever experienced, and that really is a feat. They cant afford to refund, so they hold your money hostage as a credit, even when youve asked to cancel the account.
