  I hired Spruce Wood Ltd. to renovate my kitchen. From my first contact with Spruce Wood via its online contact page, Hadi was very responsive (by text, email and phone). He answered the questions I had about the renovations I wanted done and encouraged me to ask questions. Hadi is honest. He did not try to upsell me on expensive options. He offered me options that were practical and reasonably priced. Hadi was punctual and if he was running late, he would inform me accordingly. He was patient as the scope of the project evolved. I requested modifications to the project after work on installing the kitchen cabinets had started. Hadi was willing to accommodate those changes, and his charges to implement the changes I requested were reasonable. Hadi also provided a clear timeline for the duration of the project. The changes I requested required additional work to be done, and Hadi delivered the project within a reasonable timeframe. I would recommend Spruce Wood. I would also hire Spruce Wood again for any future renovation work I may have. Thank you, Hadi and **** for all the work you did.

  Sprucewood has done an amazing job on our recent kitchen. ****, the business owner, was there with us all the way from the beginning to the end.He showed up everytime through the entire process of demolition to installing of cabinets and countertop. He also giving us his honest opinion of what is the best to fit of our need. He didn't just recommend us the most fancy and expensive option but he has given us choices to be the most economical and on the material quality perspective.**** also responded to our inquiries very promptly, it has always been a 2 way communication where he would not just leave us hanging filled with question marks.He has also tied his very best to satisfy our needs on both the scheduling and our requests. **** is a very responsible contractor where he stands behind his work and will fix all the deficiencies that was found during the renovation.Overall, I have nothing but good things about Sprucewood. I would recommend him again if anyone is looking for a renovation contractor. It has been very happy experience with **** of he has to offer and the quality of work he has delivered.
