    On Aug 28th of 2023,I spoke with *** at Ocean crates *******. We made a verbal agreement over a couple of phone calls back & forth. A 20 ft crate *** taxes and delivery to my business in ******** for $3000.00 all ********. He checked with his Boss and confirmed that I could pay him 1/2 down ($1500) which I e-transferred to the email that he provided to me. This should have been a big red flag, as it was not a company email, and I honestly missed what should have been a big warning! *** agreed that he was going to arrange delivery in the next couple of days. He phones me back the day after they have received my 50% deposit, and tells me he can't deliver the crate until I pay in full! I tell him no that was not the deal we agreed to. I then ask for a refund, as he will not live up to the agreed deal, and i even gave him the opportunity to deliver crate at a date that would suit him better. He sends me an email after I demanded a refund, that states that I broke the deal, as i would not pay in full, After phone call and left messages over the last month, I have still not got my refund. I will file a small claims case if I have to, but that would be more time, money and the possibility of a judgement in my favor, but also still not an assurance of getting my money back.

    On Aug 28, 2023 I sent Oceancrates.com $1950 for a used shipping container. It was never delivered. Now they are trying to get me to send an additional $2000 to upgrade to a new shipping container. They did agree that they would return my money by e-transfer, but they never do. I have been phoning almost every day for over a month and now they either hang up or dont answer. Their number is: Ocean Crates ******************************************************* ************ Is there any way you can help me get my money back? I did go to the **** and they said theyd give them a call, but they couldnt force them to return my money.

    I entered into an agreement to receive a 40' used container, for which an invoice was prepared and sent to me on July 22nd. I paid half of the invoice amount on July 23rd, and the balance near the end of July for a combined total of $3,500 incl. GST. The business never sent me the promised container, received both E-transfers from my business, and ceased all communication thereafter. I am seeking a full refund of the paid amount as well as for the business to be investigated and to ideally cease all scam operations so others aren't impacted like I was.

    I contacted this company to buy a 40 container, I got an invoice pay it and they said they were going to send the container but everyday there is an excuse .This is a **** company, they hung up the phone and dont answer the calls or emails anymore
