      I would not recommend this company. Save yourself a lot of stress, frustration and money. Employees clearly are not trained and performed subpar work.Master Solutions, also operates under the company name of ***** Solutions **** On the day the work was scheduled to begin, ****** arrived with a crew of workers and within minutes it became evident that the crew was unable to speak English. During one of our initial discussions with *****, it became evident that the crew were foreign workers from ****** and due to the fact that neither ***** or ****** were on the job site on a regular basis, the language barriers with the crew became very problematic and frustrating.The construction projects (deck replacement, deck door ******************** trim replacement) can only be describe as elementary or basic construction work which this company was not capable of doing, including ****** and *****. Materials were installed incorrectly, work wasnt done in compliance with the building code, errors multiplied, resulting in redoes and the craftmanship and/or workmanship was very poor with no attention to finishing detail throughout the projects.Master Solutions and/or ***** Solutions **** left the work site without fulfilling their commitments whereby work was not completed, work was not done in compliance with the building code, left damage to the structure of the home that requires repairing. We had to re-purchase new products, complete some work ourselves and find other contractors to finish, correct and/or repair the work done by this company.Overall, extremely dissatisfied with Master Solutions and/or ***** Solutions ****
