      I have always had good service from Coit with carpet cleaning so decided to use them for duct cleaning. Gentleman came out, did the work, but when I went into my basement afterwards, I noticed that my tower fan was no longer there. * ** *** ******* ** *** ****** ** * ** *** **** ** **** *********** ******* ******. I believe, because the equipment used by Coit is large and rather cumbersome that, perhaps, the fan was accidentally knocked over and broken and so removed; unfortunately, without saying anything to me. The vents in the basement were not reopened after the cleaning and the filter was not replaced so I suspect the person left in a hurry. I decided I would no longer deal with them. Coit continued with their usual daily emails and telephone calls to sell their product even though I asked them to stop on numerous occasions. I finally wrote to customer service asking that they remove my name for future contact and explained what I thought might have happened. I received a telephone message saying they apologized and would I call them as they would like to give me funds to replace the fan. I returned the call to voicemail and said I was interested in this option only to never hear again. My basement area is tiny. * ** *** **** *** *** **** **** **** ** ** * ** * ****** *** * ********* ** ** ******* *** *** ** ****** ** ******* The basement is fully alarmed so no one else was in it. I am sure it was an accident. * ** *** ****** ****** ** ************ ******** ********* *** I would like the fan replaced since they did offer to do so. As I did not expect to have any problems, I do not believe I have retained the invoice.
