    This company stole approximately $500.00 from my business. I canceled part of my plan in June of 2024. They continued to bill me despite said cancellation. I kept receiving requests for video chats. I believe they do this under the false pretense to discuss your cancelation so that they can keep charging you. I was on the phone with them multiple times trying to resolve the issue. Clio kept telling me rudely that a "leader" would call me later that day. Of course, the "leader" never does. I called back again asking to speak with someone. Somehow, no one is ever available. There is no "cancel" button on their website, instead, they just have a close account button, stating you have to call, but even when you do like I did in June 2024 (actually a video chat) they will keep charging you. I highly recommend staying away from this deceitful company. Not professional and highly unethical.
