Allowed my 14 yr old to buy a product that he thought he could use freely for 1 year for $50. turns out in order to use fully you have to pay another $25/month subscription. After we realized since it emailed about renewing something in 2 weeks I contacted them for refund and cancellation. They said they were unable to refund unless technical issue. It is a total bait and switch. Dont sign up for anything. you can't use editing software without the monthly fees.... They claim to offer 30 day money back guarantee but will NOT honor it.Wondershare Technology Inc.

Avoid this company at all costs! They offer subpar software that does not do as advertised. You can do everything it offers by yourself for free with a little know how. If you want the convenience, use a better company! They claim to offer 30 day money back guarantee but will NOT honour it. I was dissatisfied, to say the least, because their software did not do what it advertised and is useless to me. I asked for a refund, and they ran me around in circles trying to get me to jump through hoops for it and ultimately just ghosted me. I used PayPal so I turned to them to recover my funds. I filled out a report and they apparently just send the request to the merchant! So I am not expecting anything there, but they did show me the name of the seller it was sent to. The seller's name is "????????????". Sketchy company pushing subpar software that interacts with your sensitive info and they have Chinese origins. AVOID.Wondershare Technology Inc.

Buyer beware! I would give 0 stars if I could. Wondershare ***** people out of money. Their Refund Policy doesn't match up with what their **************** reps say. They won't honor refund requests for erratic charges that I didn't sign up for. I would never buy from this company ever again! Do yourself a favor and use the free Capcut desktop app. More features without the *********.Wondershare Technology Inc.

Wondershare is more scam than company. They tell you it's a free product that you can add on premium features to. Then you go to export your first video and surprise, it is covered by a giant watermark, so you have to pay to get the video you probably just wasted hours on.THEN they tell you they're including a special effects package you can opt out of.So I cancel my entire subscription immediately after I export the one video. But surprise, cancelling the effects package is on a totally separate page, and doesn't make itself clearly visible until they've already charged you.Honestly, the product seems fine if you need a video editing software. But they scammed be out of $100 ********. And these business practices are absolutely unacceptable. Probably how they make the bulk of their money.I am beyond unimpressed, and quite frankly disgusted. Zero stars is what they deserve. They should be shut down. I got a charge on my credit card from them, apparently I signed up with them at some point, but it doesn't show me any orders, doesn't show any subscriptions, so I can't even figure out what is renewing to cancel it. I tried the live chat, which is not a live chat, there is nobody there to talk to. I tried to submit a request for a call, but it won't go through, and tried calling a number I found, but says there is no agent available. How do I cancel some subscription I know nothing about and don't think I ordered, appears to be a scam with nobody to talk to from support.Wondershare Technology Inc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I purchased Filmora from them for a project I had to edit. The project malfunctioned causing me to restart the whole project to meet my deadline. I contacted costumer service and listened to what they suggested. It still did not work. Fast forward, my deadline has passed and I asked for a refund. **************** said I had to try to fix it still and I did. I re-installed the program twice, sent them a log file (even though my deadline has passed) and still my initial issue was not fixed. They are now asking for more files even though I told them my project deadline has passed and I have attempted 3 times to fix it after my deadline. They have different people email me once a day and refuse to refund me until the "tech team" does further analysis. I have requested to speak with someone on the phone, no-one has called even after they gave me a time and day they would speak with me. I want a refund!!Wondershare Technology Inc.

Terrible product. I used their ********* software. They charged a service fee that's an auto check to add on to the price. It ended up costing close to $100 for 1 month of use and it did not work. They stated they had a free trial so no refund. However, I tried the free trial and it showed the name of the file I wanted to recover. The file allowance in the trial didn't allow the file to download so I bought it thinking it looked legit. When I tried to find the files the names came up but not one was able to actually be recovered and downloaded. I have explained to wondershare, repeatedly, that right after purchasing their product, I quickly found I COULD NOT USE IT!!! My phone was completely locked, and I was unable to take the steps necessary to use their product. LOCKED COMPLETELY means I could not do anything...could not enter anything on to phone. This is a horrible company. I told them I would get in touch with BBB and I did. No customer support, no refund for the duplicate product purchased, and I have been a loyal customer for years.
