    On June 8, 2019, I paid $5,611.89 CDN for a membership to BC Matchmakers. I did sign a contract that would provide me with at least 8 matches. Up to this point, I have had three matches. I have not had the best experience with them and have asked for some of my money back once before but was denied. Therefore, I put my membership on hold, as that is part of their policy, on August 15th 2021. On July 12th 2022, I message the company through their website messaging system asking to take my membership off hold and to continue with my contract. However, I have not had a response. I have called numerous times, messaged them, emailed them, sent them a ******* message and a ** message along with contacting who I believe to be the owners (through **) and have not had any response. I went to their address today (2600 4720 Kingsway, Burnaby) and could not find them. I am under the assumption that they have closed business but have not had any confirmation. The last I heard from them through their website messaging system was this April 2, 2022 saying that "We have noticed that your program has been “On Hold” for quite some time. We would like to update the status of your program. If you would like to become an active Client again, please respond to this email and let us know you would like to come “Off Hold”; otherwise your status will remain the same.
    If you have any questions regarding your program, feel free to contact us. Warmest Regards, Client Services".
    I realize I have used 3 of my 8 matches so I am looking for a partial refund from the company.
    I have sent two screen shots: one of my Inbox (showing their last contact and how often they did contact me) and one of the Outbox (showing how many times I have contacted them).
