      Do not use this company! I have a video of the driver dragging and dropping our new upholstered bed from waist height which came from *********. Two of the side rails had to be replaced, the headboard I got repaired as it wasn't in a highly visible spot. I got the same story as the the reviews below but we were never offered insurance. The delivery driver could care less. I am contacting the owner first as this is clearly a pattern based on the reviews below. They dont tell you about insurance and don't even try to follow the directions on the item - which said - do not drag, drop - fragile etc. Nice that he unloaded right in front of my nest camera at least. That will be online if they don't pat me $446 for the replacement pieces, $200 for the repair and refund the delivery fee. This company is not reputable. ****** in *****************. The branch led me to believe they would reimburse me but the claims *************** told me to go pound sand. The quote says nothing about insurance. Im also going to go to the ************** and see if I can get restitution. I cant imagine losing thousands. Just because of that Im pursuing these guys relentlessly even tho my loss is less then $1000.00

      What a gem of a service. I had left a backpack at a hotel in **********, and it was suggested I arrange for it to be shipped with Purolator. That was a nightmare! The ************* was awkward to use and kept failing on my phone, and when I called Purolator, all I got was a recording saying they'd get back to me in 48 hours - useless! I did a ****** search for couriers in ********** and found ACE. I called them while I was on the road, and they took all my info in less than 2 minutes - they were super friendly. They called the hotel for me and took care of everything. My backpack arrived at my home in 2 days, costing about half of what Purolator would charge me.

      I had them ship three sections of counter to me. They end up only delivering 2 small ones and not the large 12' long section of counter. I had to call them to try to find out where my counter was. I was then told that it was run over by a forklift and they would contact the counter company and arrange to pay for a new counter. When I followed up several days later I was told that I was supposed to have purchased additional insurance on the shipment if I wanted it covered beyond $100. I have used this company many times before and have never been told of this policy nor have I ever been asked if I would like to insure it. I ended up having to order and pay for a new counter to keep the project moving along. *** then charged me to ship the second counter even though I had already paid to ship it and didn't receive it the first time. I had to email them and they finally removed that charge. The fact that I was originally told that they would cover the replacement cost shows that the employees booking shipments don't even know their own policies. I strongly suggest to anyone looking for a courier not to use Ace Courier. The way they have handled this situation speaks volumes about their company.
