    I have been trying to reach out to this tax accountant (Ken) regarding my 2021 taxes as I believe there were mistakes made when filing and I would like to have them amended for correction. The mistakes have lead to fines and significant overpayment with my taxes. Instead of working with me to assist with these corrections, I am frequently ******** and the accountant Ken seemed incredibly unprofessional. Initially I did not blame him for any mistakes, I would only like the issue resolved, however, countless emails and unprofessional remarks have led me to turn to BBB to file a complaint. I am constantly ******** that my request has left him sleepless, I am told my new accountant is incapable, rather than resolve an outstanding issue I am being gaslighted to feel sympathy for him.

    Throughout the process I felt Ken was unsafe with handling my personal information as well often times sending or requesting private info through ******** instead of an appropriate portal.

    This client's statements are not true and being selective, at times we faced certain clients that are troublesome by nature, in this case, it was a referral went bad, each negative was initiated by this client, the way this client filed complaint is revealing the same character. We maintain our professionalism frontline at all times and we stand to test, and we do not dwell on troublesome issues. For disclosure, the affected associate was a consecutive 4-time customer service and performance yearly district champ in a multinational tax prep services company. Thank you for taking notes.
