    I called ************** because the dishwasher installer told me I had to have the flooring removed before he could replace the dishwasher. Aly came to my home to provide a quote and in less than 5 minutes, he was able to lift the dishwasher feet and pull the dishwasher out. No flooring removal was necessary and Aly saved me about $700 and all the difficulty of removing and then restoring the floor. He even refused to charge me for his visit. Top notch customer service. ************** will be my first stop next time I start a renovation. I also learned that they do much more than flooring.

    Ali and his team did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation. My subfloor was in terrible condition due to a previous contractor's bad job laying SPC. Ali and his team came to my rescue, finding the correct solution, self-levelling, and using dedicated products and spike tools for the job. They were professional, careful, and empathetic throughout the process, manually applying concrete to save my wardrobe. Ali took the time to explain every step and showed me photos from previous jobs, which helped me trust them during the quote visit. The subfloor is now safe and much better than before.
